The software known as "Leander" ("Software") is Copyright (c) 2026 Maciej Czerwonka
("Licensor"). All rights are reserved.

Anyone who has obtained a copy of the Software from Licensor or an authorized
source ("Licensee") is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable,
non-transferable license to install and use the Software for personal or
internal commercial use, subject to this EULA.

The Software is proprietary software. It is not open source, and source code is
not provided.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, Licensee agrees to be
bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA. If Licensee does not
agree to these terms and conditions, Licensee may not use the Software.

Licensee may not redistribute, sub-license, rent, lease, sell, resell, or
otherwise commercially exploit the Software without Licensor's prior written
permission.

Licensee is permitted to make a reasonable number of copies of the Software for
backup and internal use, provided that all copies remain subject to this EULA.

Licensee may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except to the
extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

The current version of the Software is provided free of charge. Licensor reserves
the right to charge for future versions, offer paid features, discontinue the
Software, or release future versions under different license terms. This EULA
does not entitle Licensee to future versions, updates, support, maintenance, or
paid features.

The Software is a diagnostic and profiling tool. It may interact with running
processes, allocation behavior, executable files, debugging interfaces, or other
low-level system functionality. Licensee must use the Software only on systems
and processes Licensee owns or is authorized to analyze. The Software may cause
target applications or the operating system to slow down, crash, behave
unexpectedly, lose data, or trigger warnings from security or antivirus
software.

Warranty Disclaimer. Licensor expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any
kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, or error-free operation.
Licensee accepts any and all risk arising out of use or performance of the
Software.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
Licensor shall not be liable to Licensee, or to any other person or entity
claiming through Licensee, for any loss of profits, income, savings, data,
goodwill, business opportunity, or for any consequential, incidental, special,
punitive, direct, indirect, exemplary, or other damages, whether arising in
contract, tort, warranty, statute, or otherwise, arising out of or related to the
Software or this EULA. These limitations apply even if Licensor has been advised
of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the essential purpose of
any limited remedy.

The Software may include third-party components. Such components are licensed
under their own license terms. Any third-party license notices provided with the
Software remain in effect. Nothing in this EULA limits Licensee's rights under
applicable third-party licenses.
