Dzisiejszy dzień nie obfitował w wiele wrażeń. I właściwie, gdy się nad tym zastanowić, to całkiem dobra wiadomość, kiedy spędza się dzień na promie przez Bałtyk. Za to było sporo czasu bez Internetu. Byłem też jedynym rowerzystą na statku, więc zabrakło naturalnych partnerów do rozmów.
EN: Today wasn’t particularly eventful. And when you think about it, that’s actually a good thing when you’re spending the day on a ferry crossing the Baltic Sea. On the plus side, there was plenty of time without Internet access. I was also the only cyclist on board, so there weren’t any obvious people to chat with.
Na noc dojechałem do domku w willowej dzielnicy Świnoujścia, praktycznie tuż przy granicy z Niemcami. Gospodarze mają dwa duże psy, więc mogłem się z nimi trochę potarmosić. Moje koty z jakiegoś powodu zupełnie nie rozumieją, że próbuję się z nimi bawić w podobny sposób.
EN: For the night, I made it to a house in a quiet residential part of Świnoujście, practically right next to the German border. My hosts have two large dogs, so I got to roughhouse with them for a while. For some reason, my cats have never understood that I’m trying to play with them the same way.
